dumpling(餃子)

My friend asked me how to make dumpling. So, I will write how to make it.

First, you should cut Shiitake mushroom, cabbage and ginger and make them small pieces. Then, mixed with ground meat(beef or pork)



















Second, prepare skin of dumpling.(you can get Asian store) If you cannot find you can ask. In Japanese character, 「餃子の皮」. if you see the name, that is the skin of dumpling.

Put these stuff on the center of the skin. Then, you should dab water around the skin and stick it.




















Third, make many dumplings. Then, put sesame oil on the pan.



































I can write everything, so I will write how to make it next time again...
