what is the Japanese!!!???

↑my friends
I think it is difficult for foreigner to understand Japanese people. Sometimes, we don't express our idea and keep silent.
The reason is "Tacit Agreement". It means people have to understand what they want to do without saying anything. We often say "read the air". It means act what people should do. Of course, in English there is a proverb "Read the atomosphere". But the meaning is absolutely different.
For example, if I want to talk with my friend about my individual problems just between two persons.
I never say to other guys "please leave here, I want to talk with him" or something.
I would say "Aren't you busy? I think you said something to do." this words include "please leave here"
Sometimes, foreigner cannot understand what Japanese want to say.
When Japanese refuse the request, Japanese sometimes say
"I think it's good, I really want to go. But I don't have time..."
It sometimes means they don't want to go and they use excusing. You have to see them carefully and understand what they want to say.
However, I think the best way is asking other Japanes whether they agreed or not.
